Junction Box

Wiring issues and mistakes are very common and general, and if left uncorrected or unsolved have the potential to cause short circuits, shocks, and even fires. One of the common electrical problems is Making Connections Outside Electrical Boxes (Junction boxes).

Here the mistake is: No electrical box

Never connect wires outside of electrical junction boxes.  Junction boxes (or a J box) shield the associations from accidental injury and contain sparks and warmth from a loose connection or tangency. It will protect direct contact with a human by accident. 

Solution: Add a box

Where connections aren’t contained in an electrical junction box, install a box and reconnect the wires inside it. We can use this as a safety and protection element. The main advantage is, we can make junction boxes as per our requirement. Depends on the application or depends on the number of connections required, we can create custom made junction boxes.

Relay Modules

Relays are switches. they can open and close circuits electronically. Relay modules can control one electrical circuit by opening and closing contacts in another circuit. When a relay contact is often open (NO), there is an open contact when the relay is not energized.

A relay is a controller that lets a low current circuit management a high current circuit like an outsized led light bar. If you're employing a light pod that doesn't have a very giant amp draw, you may not need a relay switch, however, if you're employing a larger LED light bar, you must have a relay module.

The typical applications of automaton relay modules include control, automotive applications like an electrical fuel pump, industrial applications where the control of high voltages and currents are supposed, dominant massive power loads, and so on. As per the application behavior, we need to choose suitable relay modules. Sometimes relay modules can be used instead of switches.
