What is a blue indicating silica gel?

BREATHING PROCESS OF TRANSFORMER:

The current USP Chapter <671> recommends pre-drying silica gel desiccant at approximately 150°C to ensure the complete removal of adsorbed water. Clay could be a low value and economical drying agent at the cold.

Orange Silica gel:
