Band-IT Tensioning Tool

For industrial people, BAND-IT is the first choice if they are concerned about quality. Band-IT is one of the top company producing clamping and fastening solutions. Their products are always keeps quality and standards. They have different kinds of products in their product range.

If we have a good requirement and the product is not available in the market, BAND-IT is always ready to custom made it for us. Their engineers are well qualified to provide the best solution for our all kinds of requirements. They have a good team to maintain the quality and standards with each and every product.

Tensioning tools are one of the product in their range. They are providing tools to handle all the straps and clamps very well. Two types of tools are providing by Band-IT such as power tools and hand tools. Power tools can operate with the help of electricity and hand tools can be operated by bare hands.

A Tensioning Tool or clamping tool is an equipment which is used to produce strength or tension in a system. There are various types of tensioning tools available in the market. Different types of tools are using in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors of the oil and gas industry. They are the major sectors for this.

Apart from BAND-IT tools, Tensioning tools can be mainly classified as two BOK tension tool and TOK tension tools. Generally they include: BOK Tension Tools (Bottom of Keyway), TOK Tension Tools (Top of Keyway), Serrated Tensioners, Circular Tensioners, and Custom and Oddball Tensioners

There are several types of tensioning tools used in the gas and petroleum industry. They have major requirements for strapping and clamping equipment. To handle all these different kinds of tools are required all the time. The commonly used tensioning tools in these industries are BOK tension tools, TOK tension tools and serrated tensioners.

Band-IT UAE

Band-it has manufactured fastening and clamping solutions for applications in areas such as clamping, cable management, hose attachment, identification, insulation, and pole and tower mounting. All the industrial fields are covered by Band-IT. The smallest parts can make a huge difference in the success or failure of your product.

Band-IT is offering permanent clamping solutions for any application from the ocean floor to outer space. It is not easy to withstand extreme conditions such as under the ocean or out of the earth. however, Band-IT products are well qualified for these applications. They can be last for long years without any damages.

Band-it’s band, buckles, and clips provide universally recognized clamping solutions that are efficient, easy to apply, and superior in quality. Using a band-it hand tool, a 100’ roll of the band, and a box of buckles, a secure band clamp can be formed to wrap around a hose, light poles, cables, or whatever object you need to secure in place.

The Band-IT clamping the system is so versatile it can be used for a wide range of shapes and sizes up to a diameter of 30’. Band-IT has proved its strength in the industrial field. Once we installed any of the Band-IT products, we don't need to check it periodically. Because it can work well for long years without any maintenance.

Band-IT is a proven technology in land and sea. Band-IT offers a wide variety of certified products ranging from temporary to permanent solutions to match cable bundling applications in ships, chemical plants, bridges and tunnels, and industrial complexes.

Band-IT products are used for many telecommunication applications including data centers and telecommunications masts/towers. Other applications include cable ties for construction, refineries, offshore, ship, and rig projects. They are matching for all the indoor as well as outdoor applications. It is made of high-quality materials.

Band-IT Intelligent Clamping Solutions

Band-IT offers Dual-lokt® intelligent clamping system secures the #1 position for safety restraint leader. The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development includes a target to reduce road traffic deaths and injuries by 50% by 2020. Commented by World Health Organization.

Airbag systems in vehicles today take passenger safety to a new level of effectiveness. For the number one safety restraint company in the world, a cutting-edge installation system ensures that airbags deploy and protect as designed, and faster and easier installation creates a competitive differentiator. Band-IT clamping solutions offer it.

The mother of development is a necessity

In addition to the simple fact that people prefer to buy safer vehicles, industry regulations put pressure on auto manufacturers to develop safety solutions that reduce traffic deaths and injuries. We need to understand why Band-IT clamping solutions are better. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration stipulates that side airbags need to deploy in less than 1/20th of a second. Current airbag deployment designs can meet that requirement.

Unfortunately, the industry-standard airbag clamping system capabilities are exceeded by those designs. That problem sent Band-IT to the drawing board. Airbags in automobiles were introduced in the late 1960s. In 1995, Volvo began offering side airbags and torso side protection airbags as an option on its 850 models.

What makes dual-lokt better?

Based on the customer's requirements, BAND-IT developed the patented Dual-Lokt Intelligent Band-IT Clamping System. The speediest, most accurate and ergonomic installation airbag clamp system in the world. The Dual Lokt Clamp is the heart of the solution, that exhibits extreme diameter reduction, 2 1/2 times greater loop tensile strength than the competitor’s system. It is manufactured with materials chosen for optimal performance and price.

Band-it also invented an installation system. It’s managed by a programmable logic controller (PLC), that provided never-before achieved control and accuracy in the installation process. The system set a new global standard for a clamping system installation on Automotive Safety Products.
