Rope access is a technique used to reach inaccessible areas with the help of some mechanical devices called rope access equipment. It is a risky job for the normal people but the people who are certified as rope access technicians can choose this as the best career to work in the heights. But they should be ready to work in the heights.
As the name indicates rope access technique is a method by using the rope. A rope access equipment kit is compulsory to perform this job well. A rope access technician can achieve the certification before starting the job. The personal protective kit is important to them.
Rope access equipment kit contains a minimum of 5 to 20 mechanical devices along with the rope. The main devices are dynamic/ static or semi-static rope, safety harness/ chest or full-body harness, fall arrester, carabiners, lanyards, safety helmet, hand gloves, pulley, ...etc.
