Relay modules are used for remote device switching, from different locations. It is a hardware device. We can remotely control devices over a network or internet by using relay modules. This is a 5-volt relay module. It consists of 4-channels. This relay module can be controlled directly by using a wide range of microcontrollers. Microcontrollers are like AVR, PIC, ARM, and MSP430. In this relay module, there are 4 relays, with NC port and NO port. NC port means normally connected to COM. NO port means normally open to COM.

This relay module has four LED lights. These are used to indicates the status of relays. This device has only a 70-gram weight.
