Wire Marker and Tubing
Heat shrinkable sleeves for wire marker and cable marker are equipped in pre-cut lengths, planar and mounted on a carrier to facilitate thermal transfer printing. Polyolefin sleeves are available in 2:1 and 3:1 shrink ratio which meets the performance requirements of SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5.
Also available is a polyvinylidene fluoride material that meets the performance requirements of SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/18 for high temperature and low outgassing space and aerospace applications. Both materials meet the print performance requirements of SAE AS81531 and MIL-STD-202 for mark permanence fluid and abrasion resistance. Wire Markers are important nowadays.
Polyolefin 3:1 shrink ratio wire marker sleeves are designed for permanent wire identification and meet the rigid requirements and physical properties of MIL-DTL-23053/5 Class 1, MIL-M-81531, MIL-STD-202F Method 215 and UL224. The markers are made from durable, flame retardant, radiation-crosslinked heat shrinkable tubing. The 3:1 shrink ratio covers a wider range of wire diameters and provides faster recovery/shrinking. Available in a wide variety of colors.
Polyolefin 2:1 shrink ratio wire marker sleeves are designed for permanent wire identification and meet the rigid requirements and physical properties of MIL-DTL-23053/5 Class 1, MIL-M-81531, MIL-STD-202F Method 215 and UL224. The markers are made from durable, flame retardant, radiation-crosslinked heat shrinkable tubing. The 2:1 shrink ratio Offers a heavy gauge wall thickness and is easy to apply. Available in a wide variety of colors.
High-Temperature wire marker sleeves are designed for permanent wire identification in warmth and low-vacuum outgassing applications within the part and house industries. The markers are made of a highly flame retardant, heat-shrinkable tubing (polyvinylidene fluoride tubing). Meets the requirements of SAE AS-81531, MIL-STD 202F Method 215J, and NASA SP-R-0022A Outgassing Performance. Available in a variety of colors.
Zero-Halogen wire marker sleeves square measure designed for permanent wire identification in applications where restricted fire hazard properties ar necessary. The low smoke and low toxic fume emissions make zero-halogen wire marker sleeves suitable for use in enclosed mass transit and marine applications. Meets the necessities of a halogen-free material per DIN VDE 0472 half 815. Available in white and yellow colors.
