Safety signs are a common thing nowadays. All are familiar with it. But it has a major role in our life. The reason for placing safety signs in the workplace or hazard areas to notify and warn employees who are exposed to hazards in the workplace. Safety signs can assist in the communication of important warnings, information, and instructions.

We can differentiate safety signs into four types. They are based on application behavior. That means the safety signs show the status of the area. The four types of safety signs are:

1. prohibition and fire: which is used for notifying important information regarding any area like whether it is prohibited or fired. It is considering emergency safety signs.

2. Mandatory: Mandatory signs indicate that the employees or visitors must be obeyed those signs. It is compulsory to avoid dangerous situations.

3. Caution: Caution safety signs provide information about the workplace that we need to take care of before entering there.

4. Safe condition: Safe condition means allowed to enter there.

Why Wearing Safety Gloves is Important?

It is important to wear safety gloves when working with hazardous chemicals and other materials. Because those products can harm our hands. By wearing safety gloves, we can protect our hands from infection and contamination.

There are different types of safety gloves. Based on the application or action, we have to choose the better one. All these gloves are different based on their materials only, the use of all gloves is the same (Protection). If it is in a hospital or clinic it is important as the same as a face mask to avoid infections.

But for workplaces, safety gloves should be a little bit harder. Because the applications in the hospitals are not the same as the applications on the industrial workplaces. They have heavy work like electrical, mechanical, some times manpower works also will be there.
